Oregon Corporation Division Fees Increase February 27

Corporation Division fees in Oregon will increase beginning February 27, 2010:

  • Articles of formation, supplements and annuals on for-profit Corporate entities – $100 domestic; $275 foreign.
  • Assumed Business Names (ABN) and Nonprofits (NP) – Remain $50, foreign and domestic.
  • All UCC filings will increase to $15.
  • Notary commission applications will be $40.

Fees for Oregon’s smallest businesses and nonprofits (ABN and NP) are not going up.
